Hands down, Coastal is the best dental practice I have ever had. The ladies up front are super helpful. Shout out to Michelle for being so kind and great at what she does. The entire staff exceeds expectations. Dr Reichley can not be beat. Best dude ever. Long story short, I am 37 and have been uncomfortable at the dentist for as long as I can remember. I never took great care of my teeth and have tried a few different practices. I had an emergency root canal/crown procedure done at another practice by Dr. Reichley. I thought man I have had fillings with other dentists before that were way more uncomfortable than that root canal and crown procedure done by Dr Reichley. Later on I came back for another procedure but Dr Reichley was gone and after that procedure is when I realized just how good of a dentist Dr Reichley was. I hopped on the google machine and found Dr Reichley at Coastal. Never have I ever felt good about my teeth until now. I can’t begin to describe my feelings over the direction we’re heading correcting and fixing my years of neglect. Very thankful.

I called Coastal General Dentistry with unbearable pain and a swollen cheek. They got me in right away. Dr. Reichley explained I had an abscess and that a root canal could save my tooth. The relief was instant!! I was so grateful they saved my tooth and treated me with such kindness during a scary time.

I had very sensitive teeth that I couldn't even drink cold water without pain. I was nervous, but Dr. Reichley found two small cavities I didn't know I had. I got them filled that same day with white fillings. I didn't feel a thing during the appointment. The sensitivity was completely gone the next day.

I put off going to the dentist for years because my gums always bled, and I was embarrassed. The team at Coastal General Dentistry was so kind and never made me feel judged. They explained everything about gum disease and did a fantastic deep cleaning. My gums don't bleed anymore, and I'm actually not afraid to come back.

Great experience from start to finish. Kara and Amber up front are always welcoming and helpful with any questions I might have throughout the records process. Jean has a great personality and always make you feel comfortable. Dr. Reichley is very informative and up front during the process to not only make your smile look better but your dental health and functionality better. Does very detailed work and takes his time making sure everything is done correctly.

I have the worst fear of dentists after a series of bad experiences with them. Finally had to cave and head in because a damaged tooth was slicing my tongue up and causing problems. Dr. Reichley and his staff were super supportive about my anxiety and took plenty of time to make sure I was comfortable and didn't have any questions. I will be returning to this office in the future, hopefully with a lot less anxiety.

I was referred to Coastal by a friend and I am not disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. During my initial consultation they interviewed me to ask about my prior dental health to understand what my dental goals are. My hygienist is Michelle Wakeman and I highly recommend her.

From my very first phone call everyone has been wonderful. Alicia was so warm and really cares about my needs. Dr. Reichley was the same. This is the first time in my life I feel really excited about getting my mouth healthy and having a nice smile!! Can't wait to start the process with you all!!!! Thank you so much!!

If you are a big advocate for your own health and want a dental office that makes you feel involved in your care, this is your place! I was seen for the first time by their practice yesterday and while my first visit was a long one I felt great leaving with a bunch of information and knowledge I was never aware of! The staff is all great, accommodating and personable!

Staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. Technology is all front-edge. I have had a LOT of dental work in my life, and this practice provides the most thorough cleaning, exams, and treatment that I've ever experienced.
